The Sarnia Restaurant proposes an à la carte menu as well as a fixed price table d'hôte menu which changes weekly. This menu is based on selected fresh produce with the accent on local fish and Guernsey seafood.
The Rendez-Vous Bar provides a wide range of bar lunches with a selection of daily specials. The bar supper menu is also extensive for those who require a lighter evening meal.
In Summer, lunches are also served by the pool (except Sundays) where you can enjoy your meal and have a swim or just lounge in the sun.
